The four-phase engagement

No vague pep talks. Every engagement follows a structured arc designed to surface the real constraint, then fix it.

Phase 1 — Diagnostic deep-dive

We spend two sessions mapping your business model, cash-flow dynamics, team structure, and decision-making patterns. You walk away with a written assessment that names the single biggest bottleneck holding your revenue back. Most founders are surprised — the constraint is rarely where they think it is.

Phase 2 — System design

Together we architect the operating system your business is missing: weekly rhythms, KPI dashboards, delegation frameworks, and pricing models. This phase typically takes four to six weeks and produces a living playbook your team can execute without you hovering over every detail.

Phase 3 — Execution sprints

Bi-weekly coaching calls keep you accountable while you implement. We troubleshoot in real time, adjust the playbook when market conditions shift, and make sure the new systems are actually adopted — not just documented. This is where most coaching engagements fail; ours don't because we measure behaviour change, not just intention.

Phase 4 — Scale audit

After six months we run a formal review: revenue trajectory, team health, owner work-hours, and customer acquisition cost. We decide together whether to continue, shift focus, or graduate you. Roughly thirty percent of clients complete Phase 4 and move to a quarterly advisory retainer instead.

Quick self-diagnosis

Answer three questions honestly. The result won't sell you anything — it will tell you where to look first.

How many hours per week do you spend on tasks only you can do?

Can you predict next month's revenue within a 15% margin?

If you took two weeks off, would the business run smoothly?

What we actually work on

Business coaching is broad. Here is the specific territory we cover with every client.

Revenue architecture

We examine your pricing, packaging, upsell paths, and customer lifetime value. Many founders leave twenty to forty percent of potential revenue on the table simply because they never modelled their offer stack. We fix that with spreadsheets, not slogans.

Leadership bandwidth

If you are the bottleneck, growth stalls. We build delegation frameworks, hiring rubrics, and meeting cadences that free up ten to fifteen hours per week of founder time — time you reinvest into strategy instead of firefighting.

Sales process clarity

We map your pipeline stage by stage, identify where prospects leak out, and install conversion triggers. This is not about motivation; it is about mechanics. A well-designed sales process works even when you are having a bad week.

Financial literacy for operators

Cash flow, margins, break-even analysis, and scenario planning. You do not need an MBA — you need a coach who can translate financial data into operational decisions you make every Tuesday morning.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers. No jargon.

How is this different from a consultant?

A consultant delivers a report and leaves. We stay in the room while you implement. Our job is not to tell you what to do — it is to make sure you actually do it, adjust when reality pushes back, and build the muscle so you eventually do not need us at all.

What size of business do you work with?

Most of our clients generate between $500K and $10M in annual revenue. Below that threshold, coaching can be premature — you may need hands-on execution help instead. Above it, you likely need a fractional COO or a board advisor, and we can refer you.

How long does a typical engagement last?

The structured program runs six months. Some clients extend into a quarterly advisory format after that. We do not lock anyone into long-term contracts — you stay because the ROI is obvious, not because of a cancellation clause.

Do you work with businesses outside Montréal?

Yes. About a third of our clients are elsewhere in Canada or in the northeastern United States. Sessions happen over video. The diagnostic deep-dive is the only phase where an in-person meeting adds meaningful value, and even that can be done remotely.

What does the diagnostic session cost?

The initial diagnostic session is complimentary. It lasts sixty to ninety minutes and gives both of us enough information to decide whether a full engagement makes sense. There is no pitch deck at the end — just a candid conversation about your biggest constraint.

Can I bring my co-founder or leadership team?

Encouraged. In fact, engagements that include at least two members of the leadership team tend to produce faster results because alignment happens inside the coaching room instead of through secondhand summaries.

Start with a conversation

No commitment, no slide deck. Just a focused discussion about what is actually slowing your business down.
